Extracorporeal lithotripsy
This is a technique for breaking and then removing urinary stones using ultrasonic shock waves.
We have a latest generation machine that does not require anesthesia.
The session lasts 45 minutes and the patient goes home immediately afterwards.
Flexible and Rigid Ureteroscopy
Ureteroscopy (Flexible or Rigid) is a thin camera that enters through the natural pathways (Urethra) and goes up to the kidneys to break up stones.
This technique is performed in the operating room under spinal anesthesia (anesthesia of only half of the body).
The patient returns home the day after the operation.
